PAYMENT DETAILS & PRICES

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are correct at the time when last updated. All prices are calculated including VAT (Value Added Tax). Special offers are subject to change.

The total cost deducted from your account is the price of the goods ordered plus the delivery charge (for rates see delivery section)

ORDERING FROM OVERSEAS

We welcome all orders from around the world. Please note that all orders are tax/VAT (Value Added Tax) exempt. We will email you when your order has been despatched with an estimated delivery date. Please see our delivery section for charges. If ordering outside of the UK please note that your credit card company may charge a currency conversion fee.

REFUNDS

If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, please contact us on 01892 893131 and we will either send you a refund or a replacement product. Under normal circumstances, you will not have to return the goods to us. However, in some circumstances, we may ask you to return the goods so that we can understand the reason for your dissatisfaction and ensure that it does not happen again.
